Interested in hearing and learning (more about) the cello?

Teaching has always been an extremely important aspect of my musicianship.  I believe that we keep on learning our whole lives and should share as much as we can with new generations of players.  More importantly, however, is that I LOVE music and I LOVE the cello!  I strive to make the study of music interesting, inspire growth and provide challenges that are an opportunity for my students to experience music making on a different level.  I have taught students of all ages, from 2 years old all the way to 65. I obtained certification to teach the Suzuki method at the Chicago Suzuki Institute and am well versed in this repertoire, but am not exclusively faithful to this method alone.  I love coaching sectionals and working with groups as well as providing one on one lessons.

I offer lessons in 30 minute and 1 hour increments.
